STRONG STORMS IN WEST ALABAMA… Heavy rain and thunderstorms continue to move north-northwest across the western stretches of Alabama near the US45 corridor. The storms in Washington County are under severe limits, but the storm near Citronelle is probably just above severe limits likely producing at least 60 mph wind gusts. This storm will move into areas near Citronelle shortly.
