STORMS SLIDING SOUTHEAST… Thunderstorms extending from Tunnel Springs and Beatrice in Monroe County stretch back to the west to southern Clarke County near Alma and Gosport. This line of storms is moving southeast at 30-35 mph. This means heavy rain will start soon in Monroeville, Mexia, Uriah, Frisco City, and Excel. Storms are well under severe limits, but I do expect heavy rain and gusty (20-30 mph) winds in these areas shortly.
