SCATTERED SHOWERS… Scattered showers and storms are drifting eastward on this Saturday across south Alabama and northwest Florida. Heavier storms are happening near and just south of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach as of 11:15AM. Widespread severe weather is not expected today.
TWITER IS DOWN… For the second time in less than 24 hours, Twitter is experiencing a global outage, including my @rzweather handle that I use to push weather content constantly. Over the next few hours, I’ll have updates here in the RZW app exclusively until Twitter fixes their technical problems.
