SLIGHTLY COOLER MORNING TEMPS WEDNESDAY… Look at those overnight lows midweek! We’ll be in the mid-60s by Wednesday morning.
Good looking late August forecast with low-end rain chances this week.
HOT MONDAY; SLIGHTLY COOLER TEMPS MIDWEEK… High temperatures will be in the mid-90s today but we have lower humidity on the way for the middle part of the week along with much more bearable temperatures. Overnight lows by Wednesday morning will be in the mid-60s with highs near 90°. Unfortunately, I don’t see any real signs of any significant rain events this week. Rain chances will be a bit higher this weekend.
TROPICAL UPDATE… I am expecting a quiet week, in terms of tropical activity, in the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea. No new tropical storms are expected to form over the next few days. Hurricane Ernesto is located well north of Bermuda on this Monday morning. The storm made landfall directly on Bermuda over the weekend. Ernesto will continue moving northeast and out to sea over the next few days.
