You see red and you see orange on this map.
While it is certainly true that the risk of strong tornadoes may be a bit higher in the Level 4/red risk, the Level 3/orange risk is still QUITE significant.
Tornadoes can, and often DO, happen in lower risk zones.
Don’t get caught up TOO MUCH in the lines/specifics that you miss the overarching headline: Big severe weather event likely on Saturday for all of Alabama and northwest Florida!
