STORMS POPPING ACROSS REGION… Several thunderstorms are “riding the seabreeze” and moving inland. Heavy rain is falling near Bromley State Park, Stapleton, Allentown, Munson, and Deerland.
A field of cumulus clouds is in place across the region and inevitably some of these cumulus clouds will bubble up into cumulonimbus clouds, paving the way for scattered showers and thunderstorms. Be ready for scattered downpours of rain this afternoon! Not everyone will have rain before the end of the day but where it does rain, it will be heavy.

SOUTH BALDWIN COUNTY STORMS… Areas along and south of U.S. Highway 98 have been the focal point for storm development late on this Wednesday morning. Several showers and thunderstorms continue to bubble up near Foley, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. These storms are not moving much at all.
More thunderstorms will pop up over the next few hours across our region.
