STORMS POPPING ACROSS REGION… Several thunderstorms are “riding the seabreeze” and moving inland. Heavy rain is falling near Bromley State Park, Stapleton, Allentown, Munson, and Deerland.
A field of cumulus clouds is in place across the region and inevitably some of these cumulus clouds will bubble up into cumulonimbus clouds, paving the way for scattered showers and thunderstorms. Be ready for scattered downpours of rain this afternoon! Not everyone will have rain before the end of the day but where it does rain, it will be heavy.
