Okaloosa County joins Clarke, Washington, Wilcox, Choctaw, Marengo, Wayne, Greene, George, Jackson, Monroe, Mobile, Conecuh, Butler, Baldwin, Escambia (FL), Santa Rosa, Escambia (AL), Crenshaw, and Covington counties that previously received the all clear message earlier.
