Spotty showers and thunderstorms continue to develop across portions of northwest Florida this afternoon.
I expect more scattered storms to develop across southwest Alabama in the hours ahead.

Thunderstorms are quickly developing in northwest Florida at midday.
Storms have developed near Niceville, Wright, Ocean City, Navarre, Oriole Beach, Garcon Point, Tiger Point, Dorcas, Deerland, Freeport, and Pensacola Beach.

Isolated thunderstorms have developed offshore from Navarre, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. These storms are moving east-southeast, away from the coast.
