A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect from the Alabama-Florida border eastward to the Ochlocknee River in FL.

This includes coastal portions of Escambia (FL), Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, Gulf, Franklin, and Wakulla counties.

TD2 EXPECTED TO BECOME TROPICAL STORM ON MONDAY; T.S. WATCH FOR COASTAL N.W. FL… Tropical Depression Two will likely pass just south of our local area in south Alabama and northwest Florida on Tuesday into Wednesday morning before a likely landfall in eastern Louisiana. A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for coastal parts of northwest Florida from the Alabama-Florida border eastward to near St. Marks. Rain will be possible at times due to TD2 across parts of the local area along with breezy conditions near the coast. At least some risk of a few tornadoes may happen midweek as well.
