The Storm Prediction Center notes that downburst winds will be possible in the strongest storms that develop this afternoon into this evening, mainly in southeast Alabama and the Florida Panhandle and points east.

Heavy rain and storms near Niceville, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Eglin AFB, Holt, and Baker are moving northeast.
