WARM, NICE THURSDAY; DRY, WARM WEEKEND… Another beautiful day is in store across the region on this Thursday. No rain is in the 7 Day Forecast, which is unfortunate considering much of our local area is now involved in expanding drought zones per the latest Drought Monitor guidance. High temperatures will be in the mid- to upper-80s today. Most spots will be in the upper-50s by daybreak tomorrow morning. Dry, nice weather will continue into the weekend with plenty of sunshine expected Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. High temperatures will be in the 80s this weekend with morning lows in the 50s and near the 60 degree mark.
GULF, CARIBBEAN, ATLANTIC NOW QUIET… No tropical storms are expected to form over the next 5-7 days in the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea, or the Gulf of Mexico. Hurricane Kristy continues to move west, away from Mexico, in the Eastern Pacific basin. The 2024 Atlantic Hurricane Season will end on Saturday, November 30.
