Heavy rainfall is expected tonight into Tuesday with localized flooding of low lying normally flood prone areas and urban areas wherever poor drainage exists and where water is unable to run off. Use caution and never drive through areas where water covers the roadway. pic.twitter.com/h7ZubfRnBS

In addition to the potential of flash flooding tomorrow, particularly closer to the coast, the Storm Prediction Center has included a big chunk of Alabama and NW Florida in their low-end, Level 1 (out of 5) severe weather risk.
