SEVERE WEATHER RISK IS ENDING LOCALLY… Thunderstorms near Destin, Niceville, and Fort Walton Beach continue to shift eastward.
I am not expecting more tornado warnings for southwest Alabama or northwest Florida in areas west of Opp, Crestview, and Destin. A low-end risk of severe storms continues for Walton County and points east in the Florida Panhandle.
Thunder is possible at times over the next several hours, locally but the severe weather risk continues to decrease.
