@rzweather @NWSMobile Rainfall rates are HEAVY with these storms in Southern Baldwin. If any storms rotate, you WILL NOT SEE it. Also seeing heavy ponding along Highway 98 near Elberta and Foley. Hopefully nothing happens during after church traffic! Bad time of Sunday for this!
