SPOTTY STORMS DRIFTING NORTHEAST… Storm coverage has decreased over the last few hours but we’re still seeing a few widely scattered showers and thunderstorms on this Sunday afternoon. Downpours are moving into Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Midway, and Tiger Point from the south as of 3:53PM.
Also seeing a few showers drifting north in parts of Santa Rosa, Covington, and Washington counties.
Spotty storms will continue to be possible this evening into tonight. More pop-up storms are likely on Memorial Day Monday.

Pop-up storms have developed near Brewton, Flomaton, Osaka, Foshee, McDavid, Brownsdale, Fulton, Scyrene, and Gateswood this afternoon.

Low-end, Level 1 (out of 5) severe weather risk zones are in place for parts of east Alabama, the Florida Panhandle, and parts of Georgia today AND on Monday. Gusty winds are the main concern in any storms that can briefly become severe.
