Widely scattered showers and occasional thunderstorms continue to move north this afternoon.
Heavier storms are happening in east Mississippi and southeast Alabama.

While part of south Alabama and northwest Florida is technically included in the low-end severe weather risk zone valid Saturday into early Sunday, I am not convinced we’ll have any severe weather locally.
