SPOTTY STORMS AGAIN TODAY… Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible across south Alabama and northwest Florida today, just like yesterday. Most communities will probably remain dry today but storms will be possible, specifically down around the Alabama coast.
Isolated showers will continue to be possible overnight.

The first EF5 tornado in the United States since 2013 has been confirmed as of today. The actual tornado happened back in June in North Dakota. The writeup below is from the National Weather Service office in Grand Forks, ND as far as the EF5 damage indicator:
