WARMER TEMPS & DRY WEATHER THRU THE WEEKEND… We’re entering into a dry stretch of weather that will likely last about a week across south Alabama and northwest Florida. Skies will transition from partly cloudy to mostly sunny this afternoon with high temperatures ranging from the low to mid 80s. The next few days will have increasingly warmer temperatures with highs set to be in the upper 80s and around the 90 degree mark this weekend.
DRY, NICE WEATHER INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK… Other than a few passing clouds this weekend, I am expecting mostly sunny days through early next week. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s in the days ahead with morning lows generally around the 60 degree mark. We will likely have dry conditions in place through at least Monday.
NEXT RAIN CHANCE: TOWARD THE END OF NEXT WEEK… Long-time viewers and readers know that I don’t put much stock into the model guidance beyond 7 days out. We’re right on that boundary line between 7-8 days out with this – there is a signal for rain in that time frame. Isolated showers may be possible on Wednesday of the upcoming week perhaps with higher rain chances on Thursday of next week. Again, take all of that with a grain of salt as a lot can and will change between now and then.
