?70 Years Ago – Hurricane #Baker made its first landfall as a Category 1 Hurricane on the Fort Morgan Peninsula in the late evening hours on August 30, 1950. One hour later, Baker moved up Mobile Bay & made a second landfall near Spanish Fort & Daphne.
