Spinks- Road flooding along Highway 31 from Atmore to Brewton use extreme caution. Serious road flooding condition on Highway 31 at Wawbeek near the Wawbeek Country Store. Highway 31 is flooded at this location!! Use extreme caution. I just drove this route.
