From my cousin Chandler, who is in Foley, AL: “So strange in the eye. Not a whisper of wind. You can just hear the frogs.”
Much better conditions temporarily for Foley, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores. More wind on the other (south) side of the eye but not nearly as much rain!
