At Noon, Tropical Storm #Zeta is on the cusp of becoming a hurricane. Max winds at 70 mph, per 11AM EDT advisory.
Zeta will likely make landfall somewhere along the Yucatan coast tonight, near Cozumel, as a hurricane.
