Service Update
I sent our first High Level Alert here in the RedZone Weather app at 8:02PM on Friday. We had so much traffic to our server that it crashed for a few minutes. I have increased our server capacity to temporarily be higher to accommodate our higher traffic. Thanks for your patience and your support.
If you ever get a “error connecting to database” message here (or any weird error) in the RZWeather app, please let me know, as this generally means we need more server capacity. I have a sneaking suspicion that we will encounter this issue again as we continue to grow. Annoying, but it’s actually a good thing.
