STORMS LIKELY OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY… Thunderstorms are likely overnight into the early part of Sunday morning across south Alabama and northwest Florida. While the core of the severe weather risk will almost certainly happen to our west, there is a chance that a few storms could be on the strong side across west Alabama. The main risk with these stronger storms will be gusty winds and perhaps a brief tornado or two. The overall tornado risk for all parts of our region remains low.
