NEW TROPICAL STORM FORMING “BEHIND” FRED… The National Hurricane Center has started advisories on what will likely be Tropical Storm Grace in the days ahead. This system is branded as Potential Tropical Cyclone #7 and is currently located several hundred miles east of the Lesser Antilles in the Atlantic Ocean. This is a totally, distinct, separate system from Fred.
This new storm is expected to take a very similar track to where Fred has moved so far.
Yet another storm we will need to watch over the next several days! Way too early to know if Gulf impacts will be possible. The National Hurricane Center calls for this system to be near The Bahamas by Wednesday.
