RAIN & STORMS MOVING SOUTH… Isolated downpours continue to move south into northwest Florida on this Thursday evening. Heavy rain is happening near Florala, Lockhart, Jay, and Mt. Carmel. These storms will continue to move south at about 20-25 mph over the next few hours. Some cloud-to-ground lightning has been observed with these storms.
