SUNNY WEDNESDAY; SLIGHTLY WARMER TODAY… Sunshine is the story on this Wednesday across south Alabama and northwest Florida. High temperatures will be in the mid-60s today. A cold night is ahead, but not nearly as cold as the last few nights. Overnight lows on Thursday morning will be in the upper-30s. This weekend, mostly sunny skies are ahead. While some individual runs of specific weather models initially suggested the potential for some rain (or even wintry precipitation) on Saturday night into Sunday, models have backed off that idea considerably in the last few runs. This means dry conditions are likely not only for the weekend, but extending into early next week as well. A few more Wednesday morning forecast notes are below.
MOSTLY SUNNY OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS… Sunny days and mostly clear nights are ahead through Saturday. Highs will be closer to the 70 degree mark tomorrow and on Friday. Overnight lows will be closer to the 40 degree mark.
MORE SUNSHINE EARLY NEXT WEEK… Sunshine looks to prevail early next week with more dry conditions likely on Monday and Tuesday. High temperatures early next week will be around the 60 degree mark with morning lows in the 30s.
