PARTLY CLOUDY TODAY; FEW SHOWERS POSSIBLE THIS WEEKEND… Passing cumulus clouds will happen again on this Thursday with high temperatures set to reach the 90 degree mark in several communities this afternoon. If your specific community does not hit the 90 degree mark, you can almost certainly expect upper-80s for afternoon highs. More passing clouds (mixed with a good bit of sunshine) are expected into the weekend. High temperatures will be in the upper-80s over the next several days. No severe weather issues are expected to happen locally for the foreseeable future with the chances of rain remaining quite low for the next 7-10 days.
WARM DAYS AHEAD… High temperatures will be in the 80s this weekend ahead of even warmer temperatures as we get into the middle part of the upcoming week. An upper ridge of high pressure is expected to build in across the Deep South, paving the way for low- to mid-90s by Wednesday and Thursday of the upcoming week.
LOW RAIN CHANCES THIS WEEKEND… Isolated showers may become possible on Saturday and Sunday, particularly in the afternoon and evening hours. This won’t be a deal where every local community has rain (far from it, actually) but it does look like a few highly isolated showers will be possible on both Saturday and Sunday. High temperatures will be in the upper-80s this weekend with morning lows in the mid-60s.
