ANOTHER GLORIOUS WEATHER DAY; WARM DAYS, COOL NIGHTS THRU END OF WEEK… If you’ve been enjoying the beautiful, sunny days over the last several days, there is good news for you in that we have several more days of stunningly nice weather. High temperatures will be in the mid-80s today with a full supply of sunshine. Overnight lows will be in the 50s again tonight with some spots in far northern Clarke and Butler counties reaching into the upper-40s by daybreak tomorrow. No rain is in the 7 Day Forecast at the moment.
TROPICS: TROPICAL STORM OSCAR NEAR CUBAN COAST… Tropical Storm Oscar, located near the Turks and Caicos Islands this morning, will continue to move northeast through the southwestern Atlantic Ocean over the next several days. The storm may bring impacts to Bermuda toward the end of the week. Direct local impacts from Oscar are not expected in Alabama or northwest Florida.
TROPICS: GULF OF MEXICO REMAINS QUIET… No new tropical storms are expected to form in the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea, or the Atlantic Ocean over the next 5 days. That means no direct tropical impacts are expected in Alabama or northwest Florida anytime soon. The 2024 Atlantic Hurricane Season will officially end on Saturday, November 30.
