RAIN & STORMS THROUGHOUT THE DAY… Heavy rain and thunderstorms will continue for much of the day on this Tuesday across south Alabama and northwest Florida. Flash flooding will become a concern where storms train over the same areas. Isolated strong or even marginally severe storms possible. Tornado risk is quite low today, but not entirely zero.
