FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY… Heavy rain continues to fall across the northwestern part of Washington County, AL in west Alabama. NWS Mobile has just issued a Flash Flood Warning valid until 6PM for much of Washington County in addition to parts of several southeast Mississippi counties. Millry, Chatom, Yarbo, Jordan, Silver Cross, Frankville, Fruitdale, Escatawpa, Yellow Pine, Loper, Chapel Hill, and Bigbee are included. We encourage NO driving in these areas as very heavy rain continues to fall. Flash flooding is happening or could start imminently!
