LOW-END SEVERE WEATHER RISK MONDAY… The Storm Prediction Center has introduced a low-end, Level 1 (out of 5) marginal severe weather risk valid for Monday for much of central Alabama. The main concern on Monday will clearly be damaging straight line winds that happen in the stronger storms. The tornado risk will likely remain very low. Storms are expected to move by our region Monday evening.
