SALLY NOW A HURRICANE; STORM RAPIDLY STRENGTHENING… Sally is now a hurricane that is rapidly strengthening, per the latest reports from the NOAA Hurricane Hunter aircraft crew. Maximum winds are now at 85 mph. More strengthening may happen over the next few hours. A Hurricane Warning has been posted for Mobile and Baldwin counties in southwest Alabama and more changes to the Tropical Storm Warning in northwest Florida may be needed now that Sally has strengthened.
