TROPICAL STORM WARNING CANCELLED… The Tropical Storm Warning that was in effect for Mobile and Baldwin counties has been cancelled. The core of Tropical Depression Francine continues to move north through central Mississippi. Any risk of sustained tropical storm force winds in Mobile and Baldwin counties has now ended.
