If you happen to be headed home from work around 5PM, I expect heavy rain to be happening along US84 near Travis Bridge, Brownville, and near the Evergreen Country Club east of Evergreen. Heavy downpours of rain also likely along AL83 near Lyeffion and Bowles in Conecuh County. There’s also a heavy shower approaching Pleasant Home in Covington County just east of the Solon Dixon Forestry Center.
Multiple storms are also happening near Gantt Lake and near Dozier.
These storms will continue to produce brief downpours of heavy rain and lightning. No severe weather is expected.
