SMALL AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN… Small bands of scattered showers continue to stream northeast across our area. A heavier band of rain has set up along the U.S. Highway 31 corridor near Brewton, Pollard, Alco, Appleton, and Flomaton. All of the showers are well under severe limits. No lightning has been observed in the last 30 minutes or so across the region.
You may hear some thunder at times overnight, but the overall severe weather risk remains low.
