HERE COMES MORE RAIN… Tuesday is set to have scattered showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms throughout the day. Rain chances will be highest locally across our inland counties: Escambia (AL), Monroe, Covington, Conecuh, Butler, Clarke, Washington, and Choctaw. Rain may be heavy at times over the next 48 hours. I expect rain chances to peak between 4PM and 10PM on Tuesday.

NO SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED… It is rare that I say this statement as conclusively as this, but I’m expecting NO severe weather due to hardly any available instability. There could be a few general thunderstorms, aka lightning and thunder, but even that will be more of the anomaly than the trend. Rain is the word.

My next forecast video will be posted by 7:15AM on Tuesday. See you in the morning!
