SCATTERED STORMS FIRING UP… Cloud-to-ground lightning and loud thunder are being observed this evening across inland areas of southwest Alabama as showers and thunderstorms continue to move inland along the seabreeze. The strongest storms as of 4PM are happening near Walnut Hill, Davisville, Damascus, Creola, and Brooklyn.
Storms are generally moving northwest today. Widespread severe weather is not expected but storms could be loud at times over the next few hours.
