SCATTERED SHOWERS MOVING EAST… Scattered areas of rain continue to push eastward across the area early on this Sunday morning. We note some of the showers have exhibited signs of very weak rotation offshore. There is a very low-end chance that one or two of these showers could briefly become severe later this morning. The chance of ANY place in our region going under a tornado warning today remains VERY low, as of now. We will carefully watch these low-topped showers in the hours ahead. Any stronger showers/storms would almost certainly happen in coastal areas.
