HEAT ADVISORY ON THURSDAY: VERY HIGH HEAT INDEX VALUES… Thursday will be excessively hot and humid with heat index values likely to be in excess of 110 degrees in many spots. The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for ALL local communities. Scattered storms are expected late tomorrow afternoon, but not before plenty of sunshine. Please know the signs and symptoms of heat stroke and heat exhaustion if you have to be outside for an extended period of time on Thursday.
