SCATTERED STORMS AT TIMES THIS WEEKEND… Rain and storms will be possible at times on Saturday into Sunday across south Alabama and northwest Florida. Most spots are expected to remain dry on this Friday, but rain chances are not at zero today. High temperatures will be in the low-80s today ahead of mid-80s by Sunday. While we do not have any formal risk of severe weather this weekend, some of the thunderstorms that develop may be loud and produce heavy downpours of rain in isolated areas.

UNSETTLED PATTERN INTO NEXT WEEK… While the ongoing forecast data does NOT support any significant chances of severe storms over the next 7 days, there appears to be enough moisture around to support low-end rain chances as we go into early next week. High temperatures will be in the mid- to upper-80s next week with morning lows in the mid-60s.
